Just Bestow – Empower Every Donation
Just Bestow is a WordPress donation plugin that lets organizations add a secure donation form to their website. It connects with Stripe so donors can make payments using credit or debit cards.
The setup is simple and does not require advanced technical skills. You can install the plugin, connect your Stripe account, add a donation form, and start accepting donations from your website.
Just Bestow keeps the WordPress setup lightweight. Advanced donation settings, campaign tools, reports, and donor information are managed through the Just Bestow Dashboard.

Installation
Follow these steps to install the Just Bestow donation plugin on your WordPress website.
- 1Download the Just Bestow (ZIP file) provided by the development team.
- 2Log in to your WordPress Admin Panel.
- 3Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- 4Upload the ZIP file and click Install Now.
- 5After installation, click Activate Plugin.

After activation, a new Just Bestow menu will appear in your WordPress sidebar.
You can now connect your Stripe account and create your first donation form.
Stripe Configuration
Connect Your Stripe Account
Before you create a donation form, connect your Stripe account. Stripe processes the payments made through your Just Bestow form.
Step 1 — Open the Connection Settings
- ›Go to WordPress Admin → Just Bestow → Settings.
- ›Click Connect with Stripe.
Step 2 — Choose Your Account Type
You will be asked to select how your organization operates.
- ›Non-Profit Organization — Choose this option if your organization is a registered nonprofit that collects donations for charitable purposes.
- ›Profit / Business Organization — Choose this option if your business collects payments for services, products, or other business activities.
Step 3 — Complete Stripe Authorization
You will be redirected to Stripe.
- ›Authorize Just Bestow to connect to your Stripe account.
- ›Once authorized, you will be redirected back to WordPress, and your connection will be confirmed.
Step 4 — Receive Connection Email
After successful connection:
- ›You will receive an email confirmation.
- ›If you are a new Just Bestow user, this email will also contain your Just Bestow Dashboard login username and password.
- ›Existing users will only receive a connection success notification.

The portal gives authorized nonprofit team members access to important fundraising information after they sign in.

The donor experience does not have to end after a payment is submitted.
Just Bestow can provide a donor portal experience that gives donors a dedicated place to access their giving information and interact with their donation history, based on the features enabled for the organization.
A donor portal can help supporters:
- ›Review their donation information
- ›Access available giving records
- ›Keep their information organized
- ›Receive important donation updates
- ›Stay connected with the organizations they support
The goal is to make giving easy before, during, and after a donation.

Creating a Donation Form
Once Stripe is connected, you can add a WordPress donation form to your website.
Step 1 — Create a New Page or Post
- ›Go to Pages → Add New or Posts → Add New.
- ›Give your post/page a title (e.g., “Donate Now”).
Step 2 — Insert the Just Bestow Block
- ›Click the “+” Add Block button.
- ›Search for Just Bestow.
- ›Select it to insert the donation form into the page.
Step 3 — Publish the Donation Form
- ›Click Publish or Update to make the donation page live on your website.
Making a Donation
User Flow Through the Just Bestow Donation Form
Once your donation page is published, visitors can donate by following these steps:
- 1Visit the donation page where the Just Bestow form is added.
- 2Enter required information such as: Name, Email, Donation amount, Payment details (via Stripe).
- 3Submit the form to complete the donation.
- 4A confirmation message will be displayed after a successful payment.
Donations are processed securely through the Stripe account you connected earlier.

All donation records and transaction details can be managed from the Just Bestow Dashboard.
Dashboard Access
You can log into the dashboard using:
- ›The credentials sent to your email (for new users)
- ›Your existing Just Bestow login credentials (for returning users)
Inside the Dashboard, You Can:
- ›View all transaction history
- ›Track individual donation details
- ›Manage donor information
- ›Monitor payment statuses
- ›Review revenue summaries
- ›Manage your organization details
- ›Manage campaigns and view the progress
This dashboard serves as the central hub for all donation-related reporting and management.
